DAY 1 – Reducing My Reactions Through Breathe . I have been working on my reactions to myself and my kids. When I am in a state of joy and enthusiasm, my entire world mirrors that. My children play independently, they don’t fight or nag and house stays calm. It’s never about how “bad” they are it’s about my own internal feelings and thoughts towards them. When I’m in control, happy and grounded they are too and there is nothing to react to. One way to maintain this type of environment is to laugh a lot more – and another is to slow the breath.
